- E-mails are structured using semantic HTML. They have clear subject lines, easy-to-read contrast as well as functioning links and complete contact information. They do not contain any flashing content and do not convey any information exclusively through colours.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is a continuous process. We are fully committed to constantly improving the accessibility of our platform. Therefore, we will continue to examine ways to develop new functions, content and components and optimise existing ones to ensure accessibility. We actively collect feedback from users on accessibility and incorporate it in the improvement process.
We have incorporated the following steps into our processes in order to ensure continuous optimisation of accessibility:
- We take expert advice to achieve digital accessibility.
- The shop is tested for accessibility by an independent, external entity.
- Employees have been and continue to be sensitised and trained on digital accessibility.
- A knowledge base on accessibility has been set up and is constantly enhanced to continuously train the team in various roles.
- Accessibility requirements have been and continue to be integrated in relevant internal processes (conceptualisation, design, development, etc.).
Currently, the following specific optimisation measures are being implemented, among others:
